Slinky.com.au: This Dating Site Isn’t Up to Par

Summary

The layout is simply bizarre, and is littered with fake profiles and fake testimonials to boot. When a site lies right to your face on the front page, can you really trust it?

We’re not exactly sure what strawberries has to do with both Slinky.com.au and a lot of dating online, but that’s all that this layout has, and it’s kind of weird, to be honest.

We aren’t into it.

A dating site needs a simple, easy to use layout–not a somewhat baffling layout that’s not going to even come close to getting the job done if people are trying to use it.

Dating Site scam alert image

This site, unfortunately, seems to have the latter, and it’s not good. The front page is mostly just a white background with some text…and oddly enough, strawberries.

This, obviously, is going to make for an awkward and confusing dating site, and we’re really not even sure why the site is named ‘Slinky’, either. It’s just plain strange.

It’s no good, either.

If you’ve ever wanted to see a lot of faked testimonials, here’s your place. This site has them all over the front page, as if that’s going to come close to making it legit.

Instead, it mostly just makes us want to bang our head against a wall and never come back to use this site again, because we found ourselves questioning our sanity.

It’s not a good site, it’s never going to be, and if the strawberries don’t make it clear enough–it’s just plain weird to think that anyone would want to try and join it.

The Numbers Are Pretty Sad

We ended up spending a grand total of three months on our Slinky review, and during that time, we sent out a total of 100 chat messages to women that we met online.

It wasn’t good.

From those 100 chat messages, we could only get a grand total of 22 responses overall. This wasn’t anywhere close to satisfactory, and we were really not happy about it.

From those 22 responses, not a single woman actually wanted to chat about meeting up on a date with us, which just proved even more that this site was useless.

If we can’t get a date online, then no one can. We have to say that this is one of the weirder, deader dating sites that we’ve used in awhile, and that doesn’t seem to be changing.

It doesn’t get better.

You’d think that sometimes, a dating site can start improving with age. This one, however, seems to be doing the opposite, and the membership counts are just dropping.

It’s to the point that they’re posting up a ton of fake reviews and testimonials, and none of them read as anything but pitiful attempts to try and wrestle new members aboard.

That’s not our cup of tea, and we can’t imagine that it’s going to be yours, either. This is just not a good site, and it’s not going to end up changing its ways any time soon.

These Site Features Just Suck

The idea that you’re going to run into any real, Slinky singles here is just a big joke if nothing else. That’s because they already have to lie about success stories here.

It’s just sad.

When a site has to put up a ton of fake testimonials to try and get people to join, that’s basically the kiss of death. They aren’t even good ones. They’re just sentences.

This, combined with a really weird, mostly horrible layout makes for a very jarring experience that isn’t in any way going to help you get the dates that you were looking for.

It’s just sad, really. This site will at least lure in a lot of desperate, unsuspecting dudes to join it, and they’re going to find it empty, boring, and just plain useless in every respect.

Slinky.com.au Just Doesn’t Work as a Dating Site

With a dating site like Slinky.com.au, who needs enemies? At least, that’s pretty sure what is going on here, because this site is just not even close to being useable for us.

It’s that bad.

We’re still kind of stuck on the strawberry layout, truth be told. What’s up with that? It can’t be useful when it comes to attracting women, because this site has none.

This an empty, dead, boring dating site, and there’s nothing about it that’s going to appeal to women and get them to join. It barely even appeals to desperate guys online.

It mostly reads as a scam, and we aren’t into that at all. This is why you need to skip this one, and move onto a dating site that can really help you get the job done faster.
