Splash.net.au: This Dating Site Can’t Deliver

The admins try to boast about their long-running site, but it does them absolutely no favors. This relic from the 90s looks every bit the part, from the dated layout to the lack of function.

Splash.net.au is honestly something of a mystery. This site strangely has material that dates back to 1995, and apparently, that’s something to be proud about? That’s…new.

Who knew?

This particular site is seemingly proud of being around for a really long time, and literally looking like it came from the 1990s. We personally find that really horrible and jarring.

If you’re looking for dating opportunities, this isn’t going to be a site that does anything of the sort in your favor. It’s mostly just a lot of black, red, and horrible graphics.

This site definitely looks like it was created in 1995, we’ll give them that. Why they think it’s a good idea to keep content on there from that day and age is really beyond us.

It’s just weird.

This site also has some serious issues with grammar and spelling right on the front page, which leads us to believe that the administrators aren’t entirely into keeping the site clean.

There’s not a lot of effort put into maintaining this particular dating site, which is probably why they’re pretty much okay with leaving all of the 1995 stuff up and running.

All in all, this is a weird, shocking example of a dating site relic, and not one that we can imagine anyone with any kind of sense would ever want to use in the near future.

The Numbers Suck

We ended up spending a grand total of three months on our Splash review, and during that time, we sent out a total of 100 chat messages to women we met online.

It was awful.

From those 100 chat messages, we could only get a grand total of 3 responses overall. This was just pathetic, and it really rang true to our thoughts about how dead it was.

From those 3 responses, not a single woman actually wanted to go out on a date with us, but again, we were really not surprised, and saw this coming from a mile away.

This whole site just screams of death and dying, and that’s because this site has been a veritable ghost town for a number of years. That’s not going to change any time soon.

It needs to be torn down.

It’s a rare day that we’re going to sit and talk about how a dating site just needs to disappear from the Internet, but let’s be real–what purpose does this one serve?

The idea that you can actually use this ancient dating site to really meet people is hilarious at best, and really, it’s just going to end up frustrating you if you genuinely try.

This site is as dead as a doornail, and it’s only taking up space. There’s no use in thinking that you should ever consider taking the time to make this site work for you.

No Good Features

The idea that you’ll actually be able to meet any legitimate Splash singles on here is laughable at best, because uh…there’s just not much to do here in the slightest.

Why would anyone join?

Is it the bland, horrible 1990s layout? Is it the serious lack of a search engine in any form? Or maybe it’s just the fact that this site is just a ghost town in every form?

Whatever it is, there’s not a single ‘feature’ on this site that’s going to benefit you in your search to try and find a date online. It’s literally the most pointless site out there.

Skip this one, and you’ll end up that much happier. We can’t imagine you ever being able to chat with a woman on here for more than five seconds, let alone date her.

Splash.net.au Isn’t a Good Dating Site

We were really not happy with Splash.net.au, and that’s because this site is one of the worst that we’ve ever seen. This is just a horrible dating site, and it’s not worth it.

You won’t get a date here.

Trying to make this site work for you is laughable at best. We’re pretty sure that you’re never going to end up getting anywhere close to meeting a woman on this site.

You’ll actually have a hard time finding a woman to even chat with, and we’re sure of that. We certainly struggled, and that’s after months and months of trying to chat.

Skip this site, and you’ll definitely feel a lot better about it. There’s just no point to trying to make this one work, and that’s something that our results show loud and clear.

You can do better.

Rather than sitting around on this relic, you should be spending time on our number one site, Xpress.com. It’s the best of the best, and we’ve proven that tenfold.

Give it a shot, and you’ll be able to just as much fun as we always have during our online lady hunting.

Have fun!
